We're working longer hours at work than we ever have.
Sometimes after a grueling day at the office, it's easy to pull up to a drive through and get an easy meal. The last thing on your mind is cooking.

For many of us, we believe it's just a matter of time until we suffer from one of the major diseases that plague our time.

In the short term, eating fast food and plopping down on the couch to watch Netflix all night might feel amazing.
But, in the long-run, you'll be kicking yourself.
In the future, instead of working out, you'll likely be spending more time visiting your doctor.
Instead of eating healthy, you'll be taking more prescription medications.
So do what's hard now, to avoid dealing with things that are really hard in the future.
