Dr. Adam Jakubek is a 2008 graduate of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. As a board-certified neurologist, he has a special interest in a range of neurological disorders ranging from peripheral nerve injuries to traumatic brain injury (TBI).

A seasoned neurologist & functional medicine specialist, Dr. Singh specializes in clinical neurophysiology, headache medicine, and pediatric medicine.He earned his medical degree from the University of Havana in 1983. After relocating to the United States, he completed his residency in neurology and his fellowships in pediatrics and neurophysiology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center.As a testament to his continued education, Dr. Singh is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), attaining board certification in neurology, child neurology, and clinical neurophysiology. Moreover, he is recognized as a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) and is board-certified in headache medicine by the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties Headaches Medicine.Continuously advancing his efforts, Dr. Singh is an active member of the American Association of Neurology, the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine, the American Association of Pediatrics, and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

He utilizes his expertise in neurology, EMG/Neuroimaging, and interventional skills to accurately diagnose and treat pain, aiming for effective and minimally invasive solutions. Dr. Saldin is among a select group of 200 physicians in the U.S. board-certified in both neurology and pain management.
