Knowing the exact cause of your back pain is not always easy, especially if your lifestyle was active before the pain began.
There are certain situations, typically accidents that occur when someone knows for certain where their back pain came from.
For instance, one of the most common accidents that will cause back pain is a Car Accident.
When a motor vehicle is struck by another car, it tends to cause the body to jerk around, tense up, and shift in unnatural ways. This will often lead to spinal injuries.
It is important to keep in mind that even in a low-velocity car accident, spinal injuries can still occur, so it's important not to assume that if you were involved in a "tiny fender bender" that you haven't suffered a significant back injury.
Additional causes for Back Pain may include:
When any of these accidents occur, it is more obvious where and clear what caused the back pain to begin.
Less coherent injuries can still produce nagging pain, and some of these may include injuries to the ligaments, muscles, tendons, sprains, strains, and herniated/slipped discs.
One major contributor to back pain that is often overlooked has to do with a person's Lifestyle Habits.
Do you walk with a hunch or slouch in your desk chair at work? Or how about your sleeping positions? Did you even know that by sleeping incorrectly you could cause yourself to suffer from back pain?
Although these may seem like minor problems and may lead you to believe that they would only have minor consequences,
Obesity and emotional stress can also lead to discomfort in your back. It is critical to take care of your health, both mentally and physically, to eliminate back pain and reduce the chance of structural issues.
Chiropractic Care is an all natural and safe treatment method to help people recover from back pain and return to their normal health and activity level.
Chiropractors do not prescribe addictive pain medications or use invasive treatment methods such as surgeries.
The human body is a self-healing organism. Of course, we cannot deny that there occasions when surgery is absolutely the right course of action. However, it should not be the first course of action.
Our Chiropractors use a hands-on approach. The most common treatment utilized is
Spinal Adjustments are also known as Spinal Manipulations, they are swift and calculated movements that help increase a patients range of motion, functioning, align the spine, and even relax the muscles.
In addition to spinal adjustments, Chiropractors may also use the following treatment methods:
It's important to remember that due to Chiropractic Care's natural and healthy style, it often takes a little extra time before your pain is fully relieved. That means it may take additional appointments and adjustments.
However, do not let this get you down! The best things in life take time and your doctor will be very clear and upfront about your treatment's expected length.
If you are suffering from Back Pain, do not make the mistake of putting off treatment. Some people wait to seek chiropractic care because they think their pain will go away on its own. Do not put this to the test. The sooner you seek treatment for your pain, the sooner you can return to your normal health.

Love this place and the staff is all fabulous. I've had decompression therapy on my lower back and neck, and it's been wonderful. The professional staff (mixed in with humor and personality) make my 1 hour of treatment so much fun. I'd recommend this facility to anyone who has back and neck issues. PS: Dayna is live entertainment!
