Knee Pain Treatment
Our physical therapists understand the functionality of your knee joint, its injuries, and how to effectively treat your knee pain. A physical therapist can help improve your strength, range of motion, and recovery time. PT's help relax muscle tissue, mobilize it, and then strengthen it.
Four powerful benefits of going to a physical therapist for knee pain include:
Support the Recovery process: Physical Therapy involves multiple types of treatments that can help to remobilize injured joints and increase strength and flexibility.
Prevent long term damage: When Physical Therapists are able to work with a patient's injuries right away, it can speed up the recovery process and prevent the risk of long term injury.
Reduce Pain: Re-mobilizing the injured area and performing strengthening exercises may cause discomfort at first, but it can lead to a reduction in pain quicker than other treatment options.
Avoid Surgery: Strengthening your body and performing natural treatments gives your body a better chance of recovering while reducing the chances a patient would require a surgical procedure.
Overall your body has a greater chance of recovery in a safe, proactive way if you seek physical therapy immediately after an accident and you have a higher chance of not re-injuring yourself when you complete your physical therapy.
Peripheral neuropathy can be a debilitating pain condition for seniors.
Symptoms typically include pain, numbness, tingling, and other symptoms in the feet and hands.
At it's worst, neuropathy can cause the nerves in the feet to die off which leads to balance problems. Frequent falls can become a regular risk.
If you have neuropathy, you are likely tired of taking endless drugs just to mask your symptoms.
Rather than covering up the pain, Ethos Health Group in Sarasota will help to nourish and revitalize your blood cells for lasting results.
